Data from The Conference Board reveals 62.3% of US workers are satisfied with their jobs, hitting a record high since the survey's inception in 1987.

The secrets to the joy?

1️⃣Hybrid work arrangements

2️⃣Job flexibility

3️⃣Tight labour market.

But beware, a satisfaction gender gap persists, with women less satisfied than men across the 26 categories surveyed. The biggest disparity? Job security.

📝 Note: This survey took place last November, pre-tech layoffs. The jobs market has remained robust, but how an economic downturn might affect worker satisfaction remains to be seen.
